AI workshops for business leaders & operators

Bring one task you do every week, and leave with an AI workflow that does it from now on.

Hands-on with three AI builders

3-4 hour workshops starting on Oct 26

Everyone says “we should use AI”, but few teams know how

Head of sales

Every Sunday evening I build the Monday sales report by hand. Every single week.

CFO

Month-end close takes us six days. Most of it is copying numbers between Excel and the ERP.

Customer service lead

My team answers the same ten customer questions by email all day. They’re tired, and so am I.

Heidi, Varya & Anja

Bring one of those tasks. We’ll help you build an AI workflow for it, and you’ll leave with something that works.

Three hours of hands-on work

  1. Chat and examples over coffee

Meet other leaders and operators in the room, and see real examples of workflows we use in our own work.
  2. Pick your task

Find a task that takes a lot of time but could be automated. If you have several tasks in mind, we’ll help you pick the most pressing one.
  3. Build it together

We go around the room and help at your table while you build your workflow. We support each person with their own work, at their own pace.

Common questions

Who can apply?

Anyone who runs a business or a team, from one-person companies to big organisations. Founders, C-level leaders and team leads in sales, marketing, customer service, finance, operations or HR. You need one task in mind that eats time every week, but no technical skills. If you can write an email, you can do this.

How do you choose participants?

The three of us read every registration ourselves. We look for a real task you want to hand to AI, and a good mix of roles and teams in the room, so everyone learns from each other. There are 25 places.

What does the workshop actually look like?

We start with coffee and show the workflows we use in our own work. Next you pick one task and build it, with us helping at the tables. Most of the time, you’re hands-on.

Is 3-4 hours enough to build something useful?

Yes, for one task. You won’t automate your whole job in a morning, but you’ll leave with one workflow that works and understand how it’s done.

What will I actually build?

An AI workflow for drafting customer replies, turning meeting notes into follow-ups or preparing a weekly report. You pick the task and we’ll help you build it.

What if I can’t use our company data?

No problem. We will help you build with examples that hold no sensitive data. Later, you can use the same setup with real data, following your company’s AI rules.

What should I bring?

Your laptop and one task from your work that takes time every week. A paid plan for ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, Gemini or Grok helps, but a free account is enough to start - if you don’t have one yet, we’ll help you choose and set it up in the workshop.

Can my colleagues join too?

Yes. Teams of 2 or more people from the same company get a team ticket: 70€ per person on 26 Oct (instead of 100€) and 945€ per person on 6 Nov (instead of 1350€). One person picks the number of people on Luma and pays for everyone at once. There are 25 places in total, so register early.

Is the workshop in English or Finnish?

It’s in English. We also speak Finnish, and most of the participants are locals, so you can ask questions and have discussions in Finnish too.

Didn’t find your answer?
